Georgina Flores Fernández is an industrial designer and human rights activist born in Mexico. A creative and an activist, she focuses her work on sustainability and fair trade as well as preservation of cultural heritage. She specializes in conflict resolution strategies covering both design and human rights issues.
Deeply immersed and involved in human rights she has spoken and taken part in international forums in New York and the UAE. 
Her work and accomplishments have been highlighted over the years, most recently in the Friendship Ambassador's Foundation 2019 Impact Report, where her project MAPACH was highlighted from 87 projects around the globe.  
Beyond design Georgina is fluent in English, Spanish and can communicate in both Portuguese and Arabic. In her free time she takes part as a TED Talk Translator since 2013, and a TED Mentor, in an effort to make ideas and knowledge accessible to everyone.
